ALL Grit 3D Creations – No Return Policy

At ALL Grit 3D Creations, every item is made to order with care, creativity, and premium filament. Because each piece is custom-printed specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Broken Items

While we take great pride in our packaging and quality control, things can happen during transit.
If your item arrives damaged or broken:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

We want your experience to be a great one—if something arrives broken, we’ll always make it right.

Order Cancellations

Because each item begins production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

Color & Finish Variations

3D printed items naturally have small variations in color, texture, and layer lines. These characteristics are normal and part of the handmade process. These variations do not qualify as defects.
