ALL Grit 3D Creations – Shipping Policy

At ALL Grit 3D Creations, every item is 3D printed to order with care and precision. Here’s what you can expect when ordering from our shop.

Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Our standard production time is 1–2 business days. Larger or high-volume orders may require a bit more time, but we work hard to keep everything fast and efficient.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced and packaged, shipping typically takes:

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Shipping timelines begin after your order has been printed and handed off to the carrier.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.
Any free-shipping promotions (when offered) will automatically apply at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we’ll assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of both the item and the packaging.
We will replace any broken or damaged item at no cost to you, as outlined in our No-Return Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the additional shipping fee is paid.
